Secure your half pasture-raised pork from Kropf Meadows Farm! Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture—no unnecessary antibiotics, soy-free, non-GMO feed, and vaccine-free. Just wholesome feed, fresh air, and time to grow naturally.
How It Works:
- Deposit: $250 (non-refundable, applied to final balance)
- Final Price: $5.50 per pound hanging weight (+ processing)
- Balance Due: Prior to pickup based on actual hanging weight provided by butcher
What to Expect:
- Estimated Hanging Weight: 80-100 lbs
- Estimated Meat Cost: $440-$550 (including deposit)
- Butcher Processing Fee: ~$225
- Estimated Total Investment: $665-$775
- Estimated Take-Home Meat: 56-70 pounds of packaged pork*
*Take-home weight is approximately 70% of hanging weight after processing, fat trimming, and bone removal.
